Use a treatment plan report filtered to pending status. Anyone with reporting access can run it, usually the office manager or treatment coordinator.
Reports › Treatment Plans › Pending / Not Scheduled
Open the Reports (or Analytics) area in Oryx and look for a treatment plan report.
Filter to plans that are pending or accepted and not yet scheduled or completed.
Set the date range to the last 24 months, with all providers included.
Run it and note the total and the number of patients.
The Patient Tracker (the clock icon in each chart) also shows overdue treatment patient by patient.
