Use Treatment Finder. Anyone with reporting access can run it, usually the office manager or treatment coordinator.
Reports › Standard › Lists › Treatment Finder
Go to Reports › Standard, and under Lists click Treatment Finder.
Set TP Date From to 24 months ago and TP Date To to today.
Leave Providers, Billing Types and Clinics set to all. Check the option to include patients with no insurance, and leave Include patients with upcoming appointments unchecked.
Click Refresh. Use Export to File to save it as a spreadsheet.
By default Treatment Finder only shows patients with calendar-year insurance benefits, so the no-insurance option matters for a complete total.

Does Codent need to install anything on my Open Dental server?
