Use the Treatment Plans Master report under Tx/Rx/Lab. Anyone with reporting access can run it, usually the office manager or treatment coordinator.
Reports › Tx/Rx/Lab › Treatment Plans Master
From the Eaglesoft main screen, open Reports and go to the Tx/Rx/Lab section.
Select Treatment Plans Master, or Detailed Treatment Plans to split by provider.
Set the date range to the last 24 months. Include Proposed and Accepted plans, and leave out scheduled and completed treatment if your version offers it.
Run the report and note the grand total and the number of patients.
Activities › Money Finder lets you search patients with unscheduled treatment and filter by procedure or remaining benefits.

We’re switching practice management software soon. Should we wait?
No. We can connect your current system now and reconnect when you move, so your report and follow-up don’t pause.
Do you work with Weave, Vyne or our reminder system?
Yes. Codent works the unscheduled treatment list your reminder tools don’t touch, and books into Eaglesoft, so your other tools see the appointments as normal.
Can Codent see insurance estimates stored in Eaglesoft’s document center?
Not today. Codent works from treatment plans, appointments and patient history.
Who on my team should pull the report?
Anyone with reporting access, usually the office manager or treatment coordinator.
Connect Eaglesoft and we’ll build your free Missed Revenue Report: total unscheduled treatment, which patients to call first, and how our U.S.-based treatment coordinators would follow up and book them. Most Eaglesoft offices are connected within a day.
