Use the Unscheduled Treatment report in Power Reporting. Anyone with reporting access can run it, usually the office manager or treatment coordinator.
Home › Reports › Power Reporting › Unscheduled Treatment
From the Home menu, open Reports and choose Power Reporting.
Search for unscheduled treatment and click the Unscheduled Treatment report.
Filter to your location if you have more than one, and to treatment planned in the last 24 months.
Use the export icon to save it as Excel or CSV, and note the total.
The Data as of button shows when the report last synced. If it’s more than a day old, give it a moment to refresh.

Do I need my IT team?
Usually not. Whoever has your Ascend admin login can do it.
